As of alexluigit/dirvish@f449754dd5 , all of these hacks are obsolete and can
be safely removed (see Refs below). The hack around `:commands
dirvish-find-entry-a dirvish-dired-noselect-a` is kept as it is because I don't
understand why that is necessary.
The latest upstream also includes fixes for #8170 and #8081 (respect
`dired-kill-when-opening-new-dired-buffer` option).

fix(dired): require needed for `dirvish-side'

This prevents getting load errors when calling the command
`+dired/dirvish-side-and-follow' before `dirvish' has been
loaded.

emacs/dired: don't enable dired-git-info in ranger
...
It won't correctly disable on `C-c C-e`, but it does work find if
enabled manually.
Also: refactors +dired-enable-git-info-h and map! call

There are a few workflows where having multiple buffers (e.g.
side-by-side) is preferrable, however, `dired-find-alternate-file` kills
the old buffer indiscriminately.
