Apply some minor changes to the helm module
...
Remove usage of the following variables, since they are no longer
present in helm's source code:
helm-M-x-fuzzy-match
helm-completion-in-region-fuzzy-match
Also remove the usage of the deprecated helm-mode-fuzzy-match variable.
Instead, modify completing-styles so that helmized commands will use
multi- or fuzzy-matching, respectively.

Remove enh-ruby-mode
...
enh-ruby-mode's highlighter breaks when the buffer is unexpectedly
reverted. This sacrifices its superior highlighting and indentation, but
was too much trouble to maintain.

We'll simply activate solaire-mode and swap the bg faces for any doom-*
theme.
Also: add doom-themes extensions for org, treemacs and neotree sooner,
so an `after!` block isn't necessary to disable them.
