b08c2c745f module: remove :ui hydra
This module has been deprecated for some time because it is too
trivially small, and it's always been unclear how hydra fits into Doom's
vision for its UI, but I intend to lean into either transient or Embark
in the future.

27539e225e module: remove :tools taskrunner
This module has been deprecated for some time, because the module is
much too trivial to warrant being its own module. At most, it may find a
new home in doomemacs/modules-contrib, but for now, it doesn't belong in
the official module library.

52e5327221 module: remove :app twitter
This module has been deprecated for some time, because our overlord
Elon-sama axed the twitter API.

4d2eeab7f0 module: remove :tools rgb
This module has been deprecated for some time; it's too niche, too
trivial, and is mostly centered around a single hydra (official support
for which I'll be phasing out of Doom).

6949451b00 module: add :completion corfu
This commit's primary goal is allowing use of
[Corfu](https://github.com/minad/corfu) as an alternative to
[Company](https://github.com/company-mode/company-mode). It introduces a
module under `:completion` for this purpose, plus some conditionals on
other relevant modules to toggle functionality like lsp back-ends and
[Cape](https://github.com/minad/cape) capfs for certain modes.

Other optional or miscellaneous features include:

- Corfu is enabled in the minibuffer if `completion-at-point` is bound;
- Support for displaying the completion's documentation on a secondary
  popup;
- Support for terminal display if :os tty;
- Support for icons if +icons;

53998a0249 module: remove :tools gist
This module had been deprecated for some years, because it's central
package (gist.el) has been non-functional and unmaintained for years.
This will later be replaced with a more general module (powered by
webpaste.el or similar) for interacting with pastebin
services (including gist).

659f7bfc71 refactor!: deprecate IS-* OS constants
BREAKING CHANGE: This deprecates the IS-(MAC|WINDOWS|LINUX|BSD) family
of global constants in favor of a native `featurep` check:

  IS-MAC      ->  (featurep :system 'macos)
  IS-WINDOWS  ->  (featurep :system 'windows)
  IS-LINUX    ->  (featurep :system 'linux)
  IS-BSD      ->  (featurep :system 'bsd)

The constants will stick around until the v3 release so folks can still
use it -- and there are still some modules that use it, but I'll phase
those uses out gradually.

4499ce7b0a refactor: doom-unicode-font -> doom-symbol-font
No font supports all of Unicode or anywhere near it. It’s not even
really possible with current font formats. Therefore, rename
`doom-unicode-font` to `doom-symbol-font`. Only set it as a fallback for
characters in the `symbol` and `mathematical` scripts.

65b283501a docs(cli): assume ~/.config/emacs by default
Once 'doom install' finishes, further instruction still assumes your
config lives in ~/.doom.d, which was supposed to be changed in c1c966c
to prefer ~/.config/doom.

63b0ebeda7 refactor!(rust): remove racer and default to +lsp
BREAKING CHANGE: Racer is no longer developed and its project page
recommends using rust-analyzer instead. Moreover, users have reported
issues trying to build/install it on recent versions of rust, so I've
removed support for Racer from Doom, and now default solely to LSP for
IDE features.

Users that want these features will need to activate the module's +lsp
flag (along with the :tools lsp module) and install rust-analyzer. See
the module's README for instructions.

cd9bc5a1fd refactor!(vc-gutter): move style defaults behind +pretty
BREAKING CHANGE: This changes moves its default configuration of the
fringe behind a +pretty flag. This won't cause breakage, but will cause
a (possibly unwanted) visual change: git-gutter will use its default
indicators (e.g. + and - symbols) instead of the continuous bars from
before.

To get back the old look, enable `+pretty` on the `:ui vc-gutter`
module.

This was done to make the defaults toggleable, to standardize +pretty,
to document issues with this customization that have been brought up by
members of the Emacs community, and to better document it in comments
for posterity.

b9933e6637 refactor!: restructure Doom core
BREAKING CHANGE: This restructures the project in preparation for Doom
to be split into two repos. Users that have reconfigured Doom's CLI
stand a good chance of seeing breakage, especially if they've referred
to any core-* feature, e.g.

  (after! core-cli-ci ...)

To fix it, simply s/core-/doom-/, i.e.

  (after! doom-cli-ci ...)

What this commit specifically changes is:
- Renames all core features from core-* to doom-*
- Moves core/core-* -> lisp/doom-*
- Moves core/autoloads/* -> lisp/lib/*
- Moves core/templates -> templates/
